第二步：清晰阐述你的项目或活动
接下来描述你正在做什么。聚焦于让它显得有趣或重要的点，用简短句子。例如：
The Community Arts Festival is a one-day outdoor event featuring local artists, musicians, and food vendors. It has run for three years and has grown 20% each year. Our goal is to promote local culture and bring the community together.
避免使用模糊词语如 “We aim to create a wonderful experience.”，而是给出具体数据：参与人数、运营年限、媒体报道等。
第三步：明确说明你需要什么（资金、产品或服务）
许多提案失败的原因是从未提出具体金额或支持类型。要清晰明了。如果你需要 5,000 美元用于音响设备，就直接说：
We are looking for a lead sponsor to contribute $5,000 to cover stage rental and sound equipment. Alternatively, we welcome in-kind support such as catering or printing services.
小贴士： 写数字时用千位逗号（5,000），并保持货币符号的一致性。
第四步：展示赞助商能获得的回报
这是最关键的部分——回答 “对我有什么好处？” 列出收益。仅在需要提升可读性时使用项目符号，正文中用简短段落即可：
In return for your sponsorship, we offer:
- Your logo on all event posters and social media posts (estimated reach 30,000)
- A dedicated booth at the event
- Mention in our press release and local radio ads
使用主动语态： “We offer,” “You will receive,” “Your brand will be seen by…”
第五步：以明确的行动号召结束
不要让赞助商不知下一步该做什么。请求一次会议或在特定日期前回复。
I would love to discuss this opportunity with you in a 15-minute call. Would you be available next Tuesday or Wednesday? I’ll follow up by email next week.
始终包含你的联系方式（电话、邮箱）以及礼貌的结束语，如 “Best regards.”
