加一段具体故事
把泛泛的赞美换成简短实例。例如：“当我们的客户数据库在重要报告前两天崩溃时，她在六小时内重建，避免了项目延期。”一句话往往比五行形容词更有分量。
根据场景调整正式度
- 学术推荐：更正式。使用完整头衔，例如 “I have had the pleasure of supervising [Name]'s research.”
- 企业推荐：专业但温暖，直接用上面模板。
- 创业或创意行业：略显随和，“I'd happily work with [Name] again.”
避免常见错误
- 过于模糊。“他是个勤奋的人”毫无意义；“他自愿加班完成季度审计”则能说明一切。
