Slack:
- “Does anyone have an update on the homepage redesign?”
- “When you get a chance, could you share where we are with the Q3 report?”
- “Just checking in — has anyone started the competitor analysis?”
When you get a chance、Just checking in、Could you share
- “I've finished the wireframes. Moving on to the prototype now.”
- “Still waiting on feedback from legal. I'll bump the thread once I hear back.”
- “The copy is ready for review. Here's the link [link]. Let me know if anything needs changing.”
“Let me know if anything needs changing”
- “No rush on this — it's not urgent. Just get to it when you're online.”
- “I know it's late your time. Feel free to pick this up tomorrow.”
- “Handing this over to you. I'll be offline soon, but ping me if anything's unclear.”
Zoom:
- “Let's get started. Does everyone have the agenda?”
- “Can everyone see my screen?”
- “Before we jump in, any quick announcements?”
- “Sorry to interrupt, but I just wanted to clarify one thing.”
- “If I could just add something quickly here…”
- “Can I pause you there for a second?”
- “Could you say that again? You cut out for a second.”
- “Sorry, I didn't catch the last part. Could you repeat it?”
- “Just to confirm — did you mean we should pause the launch?”
- “Alright, I think we've covered everything. Let me wrap up with action items.”
- “Thanks everyone. I'll share the notes in Slack.”
- “Great discussion. Let's reconvene next Thursday.”
Trello:
- “Goal: Replace old hero image with new brand banner. Deadline: Nov 15. Notes: Check Dropbox for final asset.”
- “Task: Write 5 blog posts for December. Each post should be 800 words, target SEO keyword 'remote productivity'. Due: Nov 25.”
- “@Maria This is done. Moving to 'Done' column.”
- “@James Can you review the copy before I share with the client?”
- “I've added a screenshot of the error. Let me know if you need more details.”
- To Do → In Progress: “Taking this on now.”
- In Progress → Review: “Ready for review. @Ana, could you take a look?”
- Review → Done: “Approved. Closing this one out.”
“Send me the file” 听起来像命令;“Could you send me the file?”
“I would like to request an update” 在 Slack 上显得怪异;用 “Any update on this?”
一句“Does that make sense?”
“Sorry to interrupt, but I just wanted to clarify one thing.”
