走进去后，你看到各种零件，却一时找不到。此时就该开口询问。
“Excuse me, can you help me find [item]?”
这句几乎总能奏效，保持简洁即可。
- “Excuse me, can you help me find a pipe wrench?”
- “Excuse me, can you help me find PVC cement?”
如果在某个过道迷路，可以说：
“Which aisle are the [item] in?”
- “Which aisle are the paint brushes in?”

描述你需要的东西 比起直接叫名称更容易。只要把它形容清楚，店员就能明白。
