We offer a 14-day refund policy for our Premium subscription plans. Within 14 days of your initial purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not used any premium AI assessment quota or accessed premium talk shows or podcasts.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the immediate costs of processing natural language assessments, API calls, and premium content delivery, we cannot issue refunds once you have started using Premium features (e.g., generating AI assessment reports, starting speech tests, or listening to/accessing premium talk shows and podcasts). Renewals are also non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page with your account email and purchase receipt. Our team will review your account usage and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
