English Measure Affiliate Program Legal Terms & Conditions

1. Parties & Independent Contractor Status

This Affiliate Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into by and between English Measure ('Platform') and the independent publisher/partner applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program ('Affiliate'). The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or legal representative of the Platform.

2. Application, Registration & Tracking System

Upon approval, each Affiliate is automatically assigned a unique referral link (e.g., ?aff=12345). Referral tracking is executed via browser cookies placed on visitor devices. Once tagged, subsequent eligible subscription purchases will be attributed to the Affiliate.

3. Commission Rates & Qualifying Sales

The Affiliate earns fixed USD commissions on valid Premium subscription transactions originating from their referral link based on the plan type:

4. Payment Process, Minimum Threshold & Lemon Squeezy Platform

All affiliate financial management and payouts are securely powered by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the global Merchant of Record (MoR).

5. Marketing Restrictions & Brand Bidding Prohibition

Affiliates must conduct all marketing efforts professionally, ethically, and in full compliance with law.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, or determined to involve fraudulent card usage, credited commissions will be deducted or clawed back from the Affiliate's balance. Self-referrals are prohibited.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. However, any breach of brand bidding rules, anti-spam policies, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
